Request Data Deletion — Create Sudoku

This page explains how to request deletion of data related to Create Sudoku (Google Play app name; shown as Sudoku in the app), published under the developer name GlobeIT and operated by Valerii Abramov (package com.abramval.sudoku).

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Sudoku data deletion request.
Include any information that helps us identify your request, such as: the Google account used for in-app purchases (if applicable) and a short description of what you want deleted.
We will confirm receipt and process verified requests within 30 days.

Delete data on your device immediately

You can remove local app data at any time without contacting us:

Open Android Settings → Apps → Sudoku.
Tap Storage → Clear data / Clear storage.
Or uninstall the app — this removes all local game data from your device.

Local data includes saved games, statistics, settings, and custom puzzles stored on your device.

Manage advertising and analytics choices

If you use the free version with ads, you can change ad privacy choices in the app settings (where available) or in your Google account:

What we delete

Local game data — removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app.
Premium/subscription verification data held by us — deleted after a verified request, where applicable.
Support correspondence related to your deletion request — deleted after the request is completed, unless retention is required by law.

What we do not delete or what is managed by third parties

Purchase history processed by Google Play — managed in your Google Play account.
Advertising, analytics, and diagnostic data collected by Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics) — governed by Google's privacy policy. You can manage or delete much of this data through your Google account settings.
Data we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons, if applicable.

Retention period

Local app data: deleted immediately when you clear app data or uninstall.
Developer-held data: deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request.
Third-party provider data: retained according to each provider's policy and your account settings.
